Home prices were up nicely in January for the 131 homes sold. The average price is up nearly 18% over January 2009. Plano residential prices dropped 5.1% for 2009…from an average of $266,000 to $253,000. This drop of 5.1% compares to Frisco’s 7.6% decline; Prosper down 2.6 and McKinney down only 1.2%.
