Here are the plans for  the April  Realtor Day Events in Prosper TX

1. The Committee met at Gentle Creek Country Club. GCCC had 5 representatives in attendance. Thank you GCCC
2. Agreed to host a Realtor Event at GCCC on Monday, April 26th
3. Realtors from Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, North Dallas, 380 Corridor, Prosper and Celina will be invited. There will be a large invitation list. The objective is to host 200-250 Realtors.
4. The event will include a $10,000 golf putting, drawings, golf course tours, entertainment, home tours and a great food and beverage venue prepared by GCCC.
5. Invitations will go out with a save the date notice starting March 26th.
6. Sponsors will be recruited for the putting challenge, drawings, entertainment and food/beverage costs.

8. The event will headline GCCC, Town of Prosper, The Prosper ISD, The Prosper EDC and The Prosper Chamber of Commerce and information tables for every subdivision, builder and home for sale in Prosper.

10. A month long “Prosper Tour of Homes” will precede this event.  We will feature every subdivision, home for sale and builder in Prosper during this time, including existing homes for sale.

The above is a brief outline of what is certain to be a fun event.

There are many details to work out and many volunteers are needed.
