PROSPER LEADS COLLIN COUNTY WITH 31% GROWTH

 
 
According to the North Central Texas Council of Governments( COG), Prosper grew by 31% last year to a population of 9350 leading all other Collin County cities.  So, 2250  was our net  gain for 2009.  This net gain surpassed Prosper’s total population in 2000 when it was 2097!
